Chair Rental Packages
We have a package for everyone, from the DIY-ers (you know who you are) to those of you who prefer a more full-service experience.
Package 1
A Penny Saved
Included: Chair rental
Not included: Chair transportation to and from event location, set up, tear down
This package is the most accessible budget-wise, but requires some elbow grease. We provide the chairs, you provide the transportation and human power. I will meet you at our storage unit before your event to help you load up your rental chairs, and after your event to unload. You take care of the rest: transportation, unloading and loading at your event location, and chair setup.
$15/chair: weekday pickup and drop off
$18/chair: weekend pickup and drop off
Minimum 6 chairs
+$250 security deposit, refunded within 7 days of return of chairs as long as no major damage is found.
Package 2
Cooking with Gas
Included: Chair rental, chair transportation to and from event location
Not included: Set up, tear down
We bring the chairs to you! We’ll unload them somewhere nearby the parking lot / driveway, then come back at the end of the event to pick them back up where we dropped them off. You take care of the setup and moving the chairs from the drop off location to event location and back. Delivery to Hamilton County and within the 275 loop included.
$20/chair: weekday chair transportation
$25/chair: weekend chair transportation
Minimum 12 chairs
+$250 security deposit, refunded within 7 days of return of chairs as long as no major damage is found.
Package 3
The Whole Kit & Caboodle
Included: Chair rental, chair transportation to and from event location, set up, tear down
We’ll do it all! We deliver the chairs, set them up according to your plan, and remove them after the event. You don’t have to lift a pretty little finger—just sit back and know it’s all taken care of.
$25/chair: weekday transportation, setup and tear down
$30/chair: weekend transportation, setup and tear down
Minimum 12 chairs
+$250 security deposit, refunded within 7 days of return of chairs as long as no major damage is found.
Rental period
All rentals are for a 24-hour time period with flexible tear down and pickup times. Often, you can get a weekend rental for the price of a weekday rental if the chairs are picked up / dropped off on Friday and Monday, and no one else has scheduled a rental for that weekend. Longer rentals are available at a discounted daily price. Firm tear down and pickup times are available upon request.

Delivery
Delivery within Hamilton County and/or the 275 loop is included in the chair prices above. We are committed to making the seating at your event beautiful and memorable, so we also offer delivery to anywhere in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky for an additional fee—contact us for a custom quote for your event!
